US, Cuba to normalize relations  The United States and Cuba have agreed to re-establish diplomatic relations and open economic and travel ties, marking a historic shift in U.S. policy toward the communist island after a half-century of enmity dating back to the Cold War, American officials said Wednesday.

LOS ANGELES (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A 5-year old boy is in critical condition Tuesday morning after a driver plowed through a Los Angeles Little Caesars.

Nine others, ranging in ages from one month to 59-years old, suffered minor injuries from flying glass and debris.

Police believe the 60-year old driver hits the gas instead of the brakes.

She had two kids in her car at the time. They were not injured.
