Dowagiac City Hall vandalized Updated: Wednesday, August 6, 2014 DOWAGIAC, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Police in Dowagiac have arrested a 21-year-old man from Illinois after the city hall was vandalized. Around 6:30pm on Tuesday city employees called police, saying someone had just damaged the glass window of the entrance door to the building.
