(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A California company is expanding its fruit recall.

Wawona Packing Company initially recalled products packed from June 1st through July 12th.

But now the company is expanding that recall by five more days as a "precautionary step."

The products under recall are: nectarines, peaches, plums or pluots sold nationwide at Walmart, Kroger, Costco and Trader Joe's.

The company says the fruit may be contaminated with listeria.
