WINTER STORM WATCH

7 PM SATURDAY UNTIL 10 PM SUNDAY

The National Weather Service in northern Indiana issues WINTER STORM WATCHES for Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch counties from 7 PM Saturday night until 10 PM Sunday.  Light snow develops near midnight Saturday night and becomes steadier and heavier toward daybreak Sunday.  Snow, heavy at times, may accumulate on order of 6" to 12" by Sunday evening.  Traveling will be difficult and further compromised by blowing and drifting snow.  The exact track is still being fine tuned, so please stay with wwmt.com throughout your weekend!

KDPS takes part in Ice Bucket Challenge

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Since the start of the month, the "Ice Bucket Challenge" has swept the nation.

Thousands have accepted the 24-hour dare of dumping a bucket of cold water over his or her head or make a donation to the ALS Foundation.

The City of Kalamazoo is no exception.

Newschannel 3's Lourin Sprenger was live at KDPS Headquarters, where public safety is taking on the challenge themselves in the video report above.
