DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 11 AM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 11 AM for nearly every county in West Michigan save for our Indiana bordering counties of Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch.  It doesn't mean it won't be foggy there!  The combination of yesterday evening's rainfall, light winds while you were sleeping, and our unusually cool airmass is a near perfect recipe for visibilities under a mile and perhaps as low as 1/4 mile.  This is enough to change how you drive.  Please keep it safe this morning, and slow it down if you can.  Stay with wwmt.com for your weather!

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A new study shows many Americans are in the same financial boat.

A study from the Urban Institute shows more than 35 percent of Americans have debt and unpaid bills that have been reported to collection agencies.

Consumers are falling behind on everything from credit cards to hospital bills, mortgages and are even past due on gym memberships.

According to the Washington-based think tank, the share of Americans in collections has remained relatively constant since 2009.
