(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A West Michigan-based university is now offering an employment guarantee to some of its students.

This week, Davenport University announced it will provide additional semesters of classes to accounting majors who are unable to find work in their field within six months of graduation.

The school is offering free tuition for up to three semesters of undergraduate courses.

There are some guidelines: students must maintain a 3.0 grade point average, complete an internship, and conduct a documented job search.

Davenport University has nearly 10,000 students across the state and online.
