GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (AP) - A 42-year-old man accused of helping set up a sexual encounter between a 12-year-old boy and a former radio show host has pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a child and possession of child pornography.

Ronald Moser, of Battle Creek, entered the plea Tuesday in federal court in Grand Rapids.

Moser and 35-year-old John Balyo face sentencing in November.

Balyo was a host at a Christian station in Grand Rapids until his arrest in June at a Christian music festival. He pleaded guilty last month in federal court to sexual exploitation and possessing child pornography. Balyo told a federal judge that he photographed sex acts with the boy at a hotel.

His arrest was related to state charges of criminal sexual conduct. That case still is pending in Calhoun County.
