Open beta underway for video game made in W. Mich.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A video game being developed in West Michigan is almost complete, and right now, you can test it out for free.

Strife is a multi-player online battle arena game created by Kalamazoo-based S2 games.

The game allows players from all over the world to interact in an online environment.

Friday, during the PAX Prime expo in Seattle, S2 announced that the game has now entered its global open beta.

That means you can play an unfinished version of the game before its official release.
