The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY for the following counties in West Michigan, effective until 8 am Friday: Barry, Calhoun, and Eaton. Pockets of freezing drizzle may make hazardous driving conditions in the Advisory area, particularly on less-traveled, rural roads. The freezing drizzle is expected to end shortly before daybreak. Because of the potential for slick spots on area roads, drivers all around West Michigan should use a little more caution on this morning's commute.

NORTON SHORES, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Police say they've tracked down an armed robber who ended up running from a gas station after the clerk grabbed a gun and started shooting.

Elamin Muhammad, from Caledonia, was arrested Friday.

Police believe he's the man caught on surveillance video holding up the Shell station in Norton Shores on July 14.

Muhammad is being held in the Muskegon County Jail on $1 million bond, and is being charged with armed robbery and felony firearm.

Police have identified a second suspect in the case, but he has not yet been charged.

The clerk who shot at the robber will not be charged.
