LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY

UNTIL 9 PM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY for Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, and St. Joe counties until 9 PM.  2" to 6" of snow are possible on northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph bringing lake effect snow bands near and across US 131, at times.  Some locations will see more than 6", especially closer to Lake Michigan.  Roads are slippery and become more tricky once the sun sets.

Woman crashes into Mud Creek

NEAR NASHVILLE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Deputies in Barry County responded to a vehicle that had crashed into Mud Creek near Nashville Monday morning.

It happened around 11:30 near the intersection East State Road and Coville.

Emergency responders say that the woman was uninjured.

There is no word on what caused the crash.
