WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Tonight, we are tracking waste, fraud, and abuse in Washington.

Your tax dollars being used for big screen TVs, jewelry, art, and a car, sounds like spending that's tied to members of Congress, but it's not.

The federal agency that racked up those bills is supposed to settle disputes, not create them.
