Two fatal shootings
Comments 0 | Recommend 0GRAND RAPIDS (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Shots rang out in a Grand Rapids neighborhood leaving two men dead.
Police say the first shooting happened Wednesday night near Cass and Sycamore just before 11:00 p.m.
They found the victim, Chad McElwee of Kentwood, in his pickup shot several times.
Witnesses say the shooter is a black man wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and carrying a handgun.
Police haven't found him yet.
Officers in Grand Rapids are also on the lookout for another shooting suspect.
They say someone shot a man in a parking lot near Division and Fair just after 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
Police say they shot the victim several times.
The victim had emergency surgery Thursday morning, but later died.
