IRS coming to clear up rebate questions

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Rebate checks are rolling off the presses, heading your way.
Confusion over how to get one and what to do is growing, especially if you don't have taxable income or don't make enough to file taxes.
We're hearing for a lot of you wanting to know how to qualify to get one.
Help is on the way from the IRS.
This Saturday it will have representatives at several locations across the state to answer your questions.
They'll even help you fill out the forms you'll need.
In West Michigan, we know of two locations already.
In Battle Creek you can head to the Community Action Agency.
In Grand Rapids the IRS office on Front Avenue will be open from 9 am until 3.
