Kalamazoo Man Killed In Head On Collision

KALAMAZOO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A 25-year old Kalamazoo man died after a head on collision. Kalamazoo Public Safety Officers say the accident happened on Kings Highway and Fourth St. around 2:00a.m. Saturday.

When officers arrived on scene they found the 25-year-old Kalamazoo man dead and pinned inside his VW Jetta. The other driver, a 29-year-old Kalamazoo man, was lying outside his Cadillac on the street.

The driver of the Cadillac suffered a broken leg in the accident. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in this accident.

The traffic crash is still under investigation and anyone having witnessed this accident is encouraged to contact Kalamazoo Public Safety at 337-8994 or Silent Observer at 343-2100.
