Local football star faces drunk driving charges
WYOMING, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A local football star faces drunk driving charges in Kent County.
Officers pulled over University of Michigan Running Back Kevin Grady early Wednesday in Wyoming.
Reports say his blood alcohol level registered .28, more than three times the legal limit in Michigan.
Grady bonded out of the Kent County Jail and will face a judge next week on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
Wolverines Head Coach Rich Rodriguez says he'll handle any discipline internally.
Grady graduated from East Grand Rapids High School.
