Toddler drowns in river

BIG RAPIDS (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Muskegon toddler is dead after drowning Monday in the Muskegon River.
Little Jacob Porter wandered away from his grandfather at a park in Big Rapids.
When the man couldn't find the boy he reported him missing.
Rescuers found his body in the river about a quarter mile from the park.
