One car fatal accident
Comments 0 | Recommend 0HASTINGS (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - State Police say alcohol and speed appear to be factors in a deadly overnight crash in Barry County.
One car crash happened at the intersection of Upton and Whitmore roads in Rutland Township near Hastings. Police say a vehicle slammed into a tree there head-on.
One of the passengers, 23-year-old Brian Jay Lancaster of Hastings died at the scene. The driver, and another 13-year-old passenger, were taken to Pennock Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
