KALAMAZOO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A Kalamazoo school has closed because of the norovirus. The entire Croyden Avenue School will not allow students or staff in on Thursday and Friday.

The lower level of the school was closed Wednesday.

The school is being cleaned because of one confirmed case of the norovirus. Several other students are also sick.

The school is taking all necessary precautions to make sure no more students get sick by dis-infecting the classrooms.

Since the school serves special needs students with specific medical needs, they are not taking any risk when it comes to their health.
