Free Thanksgiving Dinner
Comments 0 | Recommend 0KALAMAZOO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Local traditions abound Thanksgiving, as families across West Michigan celebrate the holiday. But not everyone has a place to go.
So local restaurants and other organizations help out. Theo and Stacy's restaurant in Kalamazoo is serving up its 30th free Thanksgiving dinner to anyone who comes in.
Volunteers serve turkey with all the trimmings to hundreds of people each year. Anyone can swing by there and enjoy a nice meal.
They're making them available to everyone. Just go to their downtown Kalamazoo location until 3p.m Thursday afternoon and pig out.
The Schoolcraft United Methodist Church is also providing a nice meal to folks. They're offering free Thanksgiving dinner right now and it'll be there for you until 2p.m. You can enjoy that by stopping by the church on Grand Street.
