Man threatens woman, barricades himself in house

ODESSA TWP, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A 79-year-old man in Ionia County barricaded himself in his home Friday night after threatening a woman with a gun.

MSP in Ionia said they were called to a home in the 13000 block of S. State Road in Odessa Township in reference to a domestic violence complaint. When they arrived, they found the woman caller hiding in an out building. Troopers removed the woman to a safe location and then set up a perimeter around the home.
