FAST FEEDBACK: Four Day Work Week

WEST MICHIGAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The pain at the pump continues nationwide and here in West Michigan. Gas prices are at a record high again. Nationwide, gas is at $3.60 a gallon.

The record- breaking numbers continued to climb in Michigan, as well. The average price of fuel rose almost 12-cents in Michigan this past week. AAA reports the state average is $3.63. At this time last year, gas prices were just under $3 dollars a gallon. Bio-diesel is at a whopping $4.32 while ethanol is running for $3.23.

The still-rising gas prices have led to some rather creative ideas including calls for a four-day work week.

Do you think shifting to a four-day work week, whether temporary or permanently, would actually help save you and others fuel?

Leave us your comments and we'll try to read some of your responses tonight on eleven at eleven.
