LOS ANGELES (AP) -- "Tomorrowland" may have a bleak future. The movie, as expected, ended up at the top of the box office list over the long holiday weekend. Usually that's good news. But the not-so-good news for Disney is the small haul it took in. The four-day total is just under $41.7 million -- barely a dent in retiring the $180 million it cost to put it on the big screen. It was also below what Disney forecast for the movie, which opened on a weekend where there was little competition. What's more, "Tomorrowland" barely eked out a win over the number two movie, the holdover hit, "Perfect Pitch 2."

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Movie fans remember him as one of the stars of the epic movie "Lawrence of Arabia." Now, there's word Omar Sharif (sha-REEF') is battling Alzheimer's disease. The actor's agent has confirmed that the 83-year-old actor is ailing -- this, after his son told that to a Spanish newspaper last week. Sharif was born in Egypt and rose to international stardom with the 1962 epic Lawrence of Arabia, which earned him an Oscar nomination. He was also in "Doctor Zhivago" and "Funny Girl."

WATERVILLE, Maine (AP) -- Robert Redford's advice to college graduates: be fearless. The two-time Oscar winner spoke Sunday at Colby College in Maine. He told students they need to team up with others and the environment to help meet life's big challenges. He says the world is "pretty rough," "pretty chaotic" and "pretty divisive." But he believes young people can make it better. Redford got an honorary degree from the school. His grandson was in the graduating class.

NEW YORK (AP) -- "America's Got Talent" is back on tonight. The NBC show launches its 10th season. The judges will be Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howard Stern. Stern marks his fourth season with the show.

PITTSBURGH (AP) -- Would you want people to see your pay stub? It might depend how much you make. Or if it's a lot, it might be embarrassing. That's what happened to Andrew McCutchen, the outfielder for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He left a pay stub in the visitor's clubhouse at Wrigley Field in Chicago recently. And, of course, in this digital age, the person who found it posted it online. McCutchen makes $10 million a year and during a two-week pay period, he grossed $820,569.88. If it makes you feel better, it comes out to "only" $427,098.49 after taxes and deductions. For his part, McCutchen says he can handle the teasing over the stub -- as long as he still gets paid.

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (AP) -- He has a host of legal issues. But now, an attorney for Aaron Hernandez says the former New England Patriots player has money woes, too. The lawyer says Hernandez is running out of money -- because he has had to pay so many lawyers. He was recently convicted of murder and sentenced to life in prison. He also faces two other trials -- including a double murder case. Hernandez is also being sued by the family of the man he's convicted of murdering. The family of Odin (OH'-din) Lloyd is trying to track down the ex-football star's assets.
