WIND ADVISORY

Until 2 AM SATURDAY

A WIND ADVISORY continues in effect for only two counties in West Michigan: Calhoun and Eaton. Autopsies inconclusive in Oklahoma family's deaths

Autopsies inconclusive in Oklahoma family's deaths story image

KINTA, Okla. (AP) - The state Medical Examiner's Office says autopsy results were inconclusive for a family whose remains were found by hunters in a wooded area in southeastern Oklahoma.

Bobby Jamison, Sherilyn Jamison and 6-year-old Madyson Stormy Jamison were last seen in October 2009 near the San Bois Mountains while scouting for land to purchase. Their remains were discovered in nearby Latimer County in November 2013.

A report from Dr. Joshua Lanter says there were no signs of trauma that would have caused death. The Tulsa World reports that the manner of death was listed as unknown on the autopsy reports released Tuesday.

However, the report says medical examiners were unable to exclude trauma or natural disease because the bodies had decomposed and there was carnivore or rodent damage to the bones.
