Researchers: Tibetan nuns can change body temp. with meditation

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The mind can change the body's temperature through meditation.
But it helps if you're an expert. Researchers studied Tibetan nuns using vase breath, a technique in which you hold or contain your breath.
They found the practitioners could raise their body temperature to around 101 degrees.
But, the technique could take years to master.
