Updated: Sunday, March 10 2013, 05:14 PM EDT
LAHORE, Pakistan (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - 150 men are in custody in Pakistan, accused of burning dozens of Christian homes in anger over alleged blasphemy.

Hundreds of angry Muslims rampaged through a Christian neighborhood on Saturday, and burned around 170 houses.

It all started Friday when a Muslim accused a Christian of making offensive statements about Islam's prophet, Muhammad.

The Christian man, who is in police custody, is being investigated for alleged blasphemy, which in Pakistan can be punished by life in prison or death.
