Afghan president claims U.S. working with Taliban

AFGHANISTAN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Some strong accusations are coming out of Afghanistan Monday morning.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai claims the United States has been working with the Taliban to undermine the Afghan government. 

Karzai made the comments before a meeting with the new U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel.

Hagel denies any American involvement with the Taliban.
