Anger management in exchange for ammo

FLORIDA (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Anger management in exchange for ammo?

That's the short version of a bill just filed in the state of Florida.

The bill would require those buying ammunition to take a 2-hour anger management course every 10 years.

If passed, those in violation of the law would face a second-degree misdemeanor charge.
