Australian woman gives birth to 15 pound baby

AUSTRALIA (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A family in Australia just welcomed a new bundle of joy, and this was one big bundle.

Patricia Stock gave birth to a son weighing nearly 15 pounds.

That's a new record for Australia.

That baby boy, named Oliver, is very healthy and obviously well fed.

Patricia said when the doctor told her how much Oliver weighed she kept asking him to tell her again because she couldn't believe it.
