Cemetery refuses NASCAR themed tombstone

INDIANA (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - An Indiana woman is suing a catholic church cemetery for refusing to install the headstone she chose for her husband.

It's shaped like a couch and features a dog and a deer, as well as NASCAR and Indianapolis Colts logos.

The headstone cost nearly $10,000, but the priest says it doesn't meet cemetery standards.

He claims he explained that before the woman purchased the tombstone, but she says that's not the case.
