Man proposes to news anchor girlfriend on live TV

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - After six years together, how does a guy make his marriage proposal memorable?

Well, one way is apparently by tricking his bride-to-be TV anchor in Huntsville, Alabama into making herself the breaking news.

During the show, news anchor Jillian Pavlica heard her producer say there was breaking news, but wasn't told what it was.

About 23 words into the story, she realized what was going on.

Her boyfriend walked onto the set, dropped on one knee, and popped the question all on live news.
