(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A man who spent 42 years in prison for a hotel fire that killed 29 people is expected to be released Tuesday.
Louis Taylor was convicted for that 1970 fire in Tucson at the Pioneer Hotel.
But now arson investigators say with modern day fire science they cannot prove Taylor started the fire.
He was just 16-years-old when it happened.
Taylor has always maintained his innocence.
