Mother arrested after video shows toddler smoking from bong

(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A 22-month old boy was caught on camera apparently inhaling marijuana from a bong. Now his mother is under arrest.

When police confronted 24-year-old Rachelle Braaten she reportedly told detectives it was a joke and a stupid mistake that wasn't really funny.

The video shows the boy putting his face in the bong and then coughing.

You can hear people laughing in the background.

Police raided the home after they got a copy of the video. They also found 40-marijuana plants and several weapons.

Braatan is now facing multiple charges.
