Nuclear scare on Chicago train

Updated: Monday, March 18 2013, 09:00 AM EDT
CHICAGO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A passenger had her camera rolling as federal agents investigated a nuclear scare on board a Chicago Metro train.

Members of the elite TSA VIPR Team got a nuclear radiation reading from that train and searched all the compartments to see if there was a threat on board.

They had narrowed it down to one group of passengers when one of the passengers realized he just had a nuclear stress test performed which can emit radiation for some time afterward.

After the agents realized there was no threat they allowed the train to continue on its way.
