Post Office plan nixed by Congress

WASHINGTON, D.C. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The Post Office said it would eliminate most Saturday delivery service, starting later this year.
The Post Office brass thought it was a common sense approach to addressing its massive budget problems, so why did Congress step in and nix the idea?
