CENTENNIAL, Colo. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A psychiatrist who treated the man suspected in a Colorado theater shooting massacre told campus police a month before the attack that he had homicidal thoughts.
That information had been sealed until Thursday, when a new judge overseeing the case ordered the release of documents related to the arrest of James Holmes.
Holmes could receive the death penalty if found guilty.
