Royal succession rule set to change in England

LONDON (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Times are changing in the Royal Family, as the Queen gets ready to sign a measure that will void a centuries-old rule.
The legislation will ensure a spot in line for the throne for Prince William and Kate's first child--boy or girl.
Parliament recently voted to end the ancient rule that puts boys ahead of girls when it comes to royal succession.
When the measure is signed, the new baby will be 3rd in line for the throne, behind William and Harry.
