The Muskegon river at Croton Dam measures by reference markers at 13.1' and is forecast to crest at 13.3'.  Major flooding will continue.  The structural integrity of the Dam remains, which is very good news.  Remember, flood stage is 9.0'.

FLOOD WARNINGS remain along the Rogue river below Rockford and the White river above Whitehall.  The White river has already crested and will begin falling.  The Rogue sits at 8.0', which is flood stage, and should rise to 8.3'.

NEW ENGLAND (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A winter storm is sweeping through New England at this hour, bringing a mix of snow and rain that has some coastline communities preparing for heavy flooding and evacuations.

The storm buried parts of the midwest and mid-Atlantic regions earlier this month, then moved into New England Thursday, with high winds, snow, and rain.

About a dozen streets are closed in Massachusetts after this morning's high tide sent 2.5 feet of water into some areas.
