Detroit police seek driver who hit, killed boy, 10

DETROIT (AP) - Detroit police are asking for help in catching a man who struck and killed a 10-year-old boy with his pickup truck, then drove off.
Police tell WXYZ-TV that the boy was killed about 1:30 p.m. Sunday on a street near Eastland Shopping Center.
Police say the man is white and in his 30s or 40s. They say he was driving a red Dodge Ram from the early 2000s. The boy's name wasn't immediately released.
