WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES remain for all of West Michigan for an accumulation of snow followed by sleet and freezing rain and even plain rain.  The ADVISORIES last until 8 PM everywhere save for Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch counties where the expiration time is 1 PM.  Snowfall ranges from 1" to 3" near and south of I-96 including Kalamazoo.  North of I-96, amounts may be greater in a range from 2" to 4".  Once snow transitions to freezing rain, ice accumulations of 1/10" perhaps upwards of 2/10" are possible.  Plus, secondary and back roads are likely to remain icy even when air temperatures reach the middle 30s this afternoon.  Please be careful traveling!

Stay with for your weather today and always!

FLINT, Mich. (AP) - A Flint woman who has battled cancer for five years is about to get her wedding wish granted.
Jennifer Hutcheson and her husband-to-be, Allen Korth, are to say their "I do's" Sunday at a home in nearby Fenton.
Getting married was one of the 30-year-old Hutcheson's final wishes as cancer spread through her body and in February was given two to six months to live.
The now-88-pound Hutcheson tells The Flint Journal she hopes to be able to walk down the aisle without using her wheelchair.
She calls the wedding "surreal, emotional" and better than she "thought it would be."
Hutcheson and Korth don't have to worry much about planning, because friends, family and a nonprofit organization called Wish Upon a Wedding have swooped in to help.
