DENSE FOG ADVISORY

UNTIL 10 AM

The National Weather Service issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for all of West Michigan until 10 AM.  Many reports of dense fog already exist, and your visibility may become worse before noticeable improvements.  Recent rainfall, high moisture levels, especially near the ground, and light winds all combine to create fog.  Slowing down and increasing your stopping distance are a few ways to increase your safety while driving.

MARNE, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Fire investigators in Ottawa County are trying to figure what sparked an overnight fire at a beef farm.

It happened around 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning at the Burdick Beef Farm. Firefighters say a neighbor noticed one of the buildings on fire.

Multiple fire departments were on scene to battle the flames. Most of the damage was done to a building with equipment and feed inside.
