(NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Close to 3,000 high chairs are being recalled because they pose a strangulation hazard.

The "Dream On Me Dinah" high chair has been recalled.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission says the leg or side opening of the chair can allow a child's body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck, or the child could even fall from the chair.

No actual injuries have been reported.

The high chair was sold online only at Walmart.com and Amazon.com from November of 2012 to November of 2013.
