LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY for Oceana, Muskegon, Ottawa, Allegan, Van Buren, Kalamazoo, Berrien, Cass, and St. Joe counties until 9 PM.  2" to 6" of snow are possible on northwest winds of 15 to 20 mph bringing lake effect snow bands near and across US 131, at times.  Some locations will see more than 6", especially closer to Lake Michigan.  Roads are slippery and become more tricky once the sun sets.

THREE RIVERS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Police take a Three Rivers man away in handcuffs after raiding his home for the second time in a month.

Authorities from several police agencies including Three Rivers Police, Constantine Police and Michigan State Police raided a home on the 500 Block of King Street on Saturday.

Investigators took several bags of evidence out of the home.

Neighbors tell Newschannel 3 the homeowner is a former teacher at schools in Three Rivers and Constantine.

Police sources say they were at the home earlier this month to investigate a criminal sexual conduct allegation.
