Flood Warnings Until Further Notice

The Muskegon river at Croton Dam sits at 12.8' and is forecast to crest at 13.1'.  Major flooding will continue.  The structural integrity of the Dam remains, which is very good news.  Remember, flood stage is 9.0'.  

FLOOD WARNINGS remain along the Rogue river below Rockford and the White river above Whitehall.  The White river sits at 6.3' and is falling.  The Rogue river sits at 8.0', which is flood stage, and is also falling.

Graduation rate at KPS reaches 69 percent

Graduation rate at KPS reaches 69 percent story image
KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - The leaders of Kalamazoo Public Schools say the graduate rate has reached a new high.

The graduation rate for the 2012 class was just over 69 percent. That's up almost five percent from the previous year.

The district says the graduation rate at Loy Norrix High School is now just over 75 percent and the rate at Kalamazoo Central is now over 81 percent.
