BANGOR, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Two small homemade explosive devices have exploded inside Bangor Middle School.
Police tell us a suspect is in custody right now.
The school remains on lock-down as authorities search for any more possible devices.
Students are in their classrooms in which police say is the safest place for them to be.
A hazardous materials team as well as the Berrien County Bomb Squad reportedly were on the scene as well, but were waiting for the go-ahead to search.
Newschannel 3's Ryan Duffy is on the scene, and has reported that the device was a 'pop bottle bomb.'
No one was hurt as a result of the explosion.
This, of course, remains a developing story, and we will continue to update with more information as we receive it.
