The National Weather Service maintains FROST ADVISORIES until 9 AM in Oceana, Newaygo, and Mecosta counties.  Early morning temperatures are already in the 30s and will fall through the 6 AM hour.  Remember, the temperature doesn't have to be at the freezing mark for frost to form.  Hopefully, you had the chance to protect your plants and flowers by covering them or bringing them inside.

PAW PAW, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Michigan State Police officers in Paw Paw are searching for a suspect wanted on numerous charges.

In late January a woman was severely beaten, sexually assaulted, robbed and then kidnapped from her Kalamazoo Township apartment, then eventually dropped off in Watervliet.

Officers have arrested two suspects and are trying to track down a third.

Danny Vinson and LaFunta Summers are in jail facing numerous charges from the incident. Officers are trying to track down Curtis Wayne Hankton of Benton Harbor.

Hankton is described as a black male, 21-years-old, approximately 6'4” and weighing about 260 pounds. He is known to go by the street name “Big Curt.”

Investigators say that Hankton may be armed and dangerous.

Hankton faces four felony charges from the Kalamazoo Township incident and is also wanted on an unrelated charge.
