KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - It will feel like old times at Lawson Arena Friday night for the WMU hockey team.

Western and Miami will get together for a two-game series this weekend, the former CCHA rivals meeting for the first time as members of the new National Collegiate Hockey Conference.

Both have struggled to find their footing in their new surroundings, with 3-5 league records.

The Broncos are coming off the high of just winning the Great Lakes Invitational, though, and losing 5 conference games by just one goal has the team convinced they've got things moving in the right direction.
