DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Until 10 AM

The National Weather Service issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY for all of West Michigan until 10 AM.  Fog may linger in some locations until midday.  Light winds, ample moisture near the ground are encouraging the formation of dense fog.  Because temperatures are near freezing, a light coating of ice may form on some road surfaces making them slick.  Please keep it safe this morning as you head back to work and school.

Subaru posts another year of record sales

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Subaru of America reported Friday that the company has surpassed its previous annual sales record, set just last year, with two months of reporting yet to go.

In a statement, the company said that this would mark the fifth-consecutive year of sales records, and sixth consecutive year of sales increases.

Subaru says that sales have been largely driven by the Forester model, as well as the introduction of the XV Crosstrek.

As for 2014, the company says a hybrid version of the Crosstrek is in the offering.
