Video of W. Mich. dog singing goes viral

KALAMAZOO, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - Tonight, we've got a viral video that originated right here in West Michigan.

We'd like you to meet Baxter, a fully grown long-haired chihuahua.

His viral video is of him singing Vampire Weekend's 2008 hit song "Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa."

His owner Geoff Stockton says his dog has a "serious passion for singing."

He says he just needs high pitched vocals or a harmonica and he's ready to go.

The video now has over 100,000 hits and is featured on The Daily Beast website.
