Judge in Spain rules driving school can charge women more

SPAIN (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A judge in Spain has ruled that men are better drivers than women.

A group of women sued a driver's school because it charged female students about $200 more for classes than male students.

The school claims it takes women more classes to get their licenses and therefore it should cost them more.

The judge agreed, and also cited statistics from Spain's Director General of Traffic, which claim that men display greater dexterity and open road skills than women.

However, some reports in the U.S. say women are better drivers.
