DENSE FOG ADVISORY

Effective Until 11 AM

The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids issues a DENSE FOG ADVISORY until 11 AM for nearly every county in West Michigan save for Berrien, Cass, St. Joe, and Branch counties.  Recent, heavy rainfall, and light winds are the perfect combination for fog production.  Visibilities may be as low as 1/4 mile or lower; that's enough to drastically change how you drive.  Please keep it safe this morning and travel slower, if you have to.  Additional stopping distance isn't a bad idea either.  Stay with wwmt.com for the latest weather updates!

Toronto tailor makes bulletproof suit

TORONTO (NEWSCHANNEL 3) - A tailor in Toronto has created a James Bond-like bulletproof suit.

It was unveiled at a shooting range this week.

The special suit is made from carbon nanotubes.

The material is thinner, more flexible, and 50 percent lighter than kevlar.

The suit is believed to be the first of its kind made in Canada.

U.S. President Barack Obama reportedly wore a similar suit for his first inauguration.

The starting cost for a suit of this type is around $20,000.
